I received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item or size, please email us directly at alexandra@goldheartclub.com within 3 days of receipt including the number and reason for your email. We will then explain the steps to follow.

Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?

Yes, to modify an order, it is important to contact us at alexandra@goldheartclub.com. However, once the package is sent for shipment, it is no longer possible to modify it. You will then have to make a regular return or place another order.

My shipping information is incorrect or has changed

We cannot guarantee address changes if the order has already been processed. If you would like to check if it is possible to change your shipping address, please email alexandra@goldheartclub.com with your order number and updated shipping address.

Discount code

Discount codes must be entered during the checkout process. We are not responsible if you forget to apply the code before placing the order. Items on sale, through a promotion or a discount are final sale.

Can I pick up my package?

Yes, but only for customers in Sherbrooke,Qc. Do not take this option if you are not from the area. Please write to 819 437-9853 with your order number to let us know when you will be stopping by.

How do I care for my items?

CREWNECK/HOODIES/LONGSLEEVES: Turn inside out before putting in the washer. Cold water and delicate cycle preferred. Air dry.

SHERPA JACKET: Hand wash and air dry.

GLASS AND GLASS CUP: Best to hand wash to maintain quality.

WINE TUMBLER/CUP: Dishwasher safe.

HATS/CAP: Hand wash and air dry.

SLIPPERS: Hand wash and air dry.

TOTE BAG: Hand wash and air dry, no dryer or washer
